This is the very definition of a budget hotel. Clean and comfortable, but no frills - although it did have a refrigerator and microwave, which wasn't stated on the site and was a pleasant surprise. The vending machines were hit or miss as to if they would work on any given day. The hair dryer button was stuck in the "high" position, so the only way to turn it on or off was to unplug it. You get the idea.
I was staying there for an event at Turning Stone. Although the hotel is only one exit west of the casino, it's still 8 miles or so. So expect a 10-12 minute commute back and forth.
I would add one star for the wonderful staff, but subtract one star for noise. This hotel is RIGHT off the highway. So if you are not the kind of person who can sleep in the middle of a truck stop, you are going to struggle. I'm a light sleeper who can usually get by with white noise, but I had to sleep with noise canceling headphones on.
I wouldn't avoid this hotel in the future, but I wouldn't seek it out, either. It's about as middle of the road as you can get.
