"Loved our stay at this Big Bear house. The House was beautiful, clean and had plenty of space to accommodate our group. Loved the different levels so our kids could be downstairs making noise and we could still visit with adults upstairs. The house is also in a great location to easily get to the different activities we were wanting to do. We will definitely be back, hopefully many times!"

"We loved the cabin it was as stunning as the pictures and the videos that are posted. Everything was as we expected. However, the blinds in the master suites are not black out. Not sure what they are. Not even sure they are privacy blinds and the sun comes directly in in the morning. You will need eye masks to sleep if you want to stay in bed past 6:00 a.m. There are a lot of rules to follow in Big Bear, which is not a reflection on the cabin at all, but make sure you know the rules or you will be disappointed. Your trash has to be transported out, you can't have more people or cars at your cabin than what you put in the rental when you sign up, you can't have people visit without prior authorization and no parties. As a rule follower, I was constantly worried I was breaking one rule or another and it was a bit stressful on that count. Great cabin though if you are comfortable with all the rules."
