The Unzen ration is very Sulphur based - don’t smells very bad ! This hotel has amazing gardens but the food is very bad for an expensive Onsen ! We are on a 10 day Onsen trip and this is the worst food we have eaten - go somewhere else

房間燈光偏暗 餐廳味道有很多進步空間，鹹食偏鹹，甜點太甜，冷盤以外食物全都是和暖，跟冷盤沒有分別 Check out 時職員計錯數，已付房租，但計算在內，再查詢後，只欠餐廳內點餐飲未付，酒店在近郊的地方，泊車還要付款，真的有點接受不了 值得一道讚，旅程中在該酒店遺失了手錶，隨後發現感謝職員協助利用宅急便送回手錶於下一站酒店，不用走回頭路取回非常感謝職員的協助
