I stay here regularly...

Great stay and price, plus they accept pets. I stay here regularly so I can say managment is working REALLY hard to make this place even better. The staff is excellent...very helpful and accommodating and the breakfast is really good. My ONLY negative this stay was it appeared the floor in my room had not been mopped, but no biggie...I wear slippers/flip flops in the room. Everything else was great!

Our first room had no ac so they moved us to another room the ac only turned on twice for 10 minutes the room smelled like garbage not happy at all with the money I spent to stay here and it was a very bad experience

The building was very poorly built. All of the air conditioning units had towels underneath them and makeshift arrangements were everywhere. The fan in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling.

Didn’t have a fridge or coffeemaker. Also didn’t get clean towels or wash cloths. Found a note in our room after they made our beds that told us to ask the front desk for them. Also of 3 guests are staying in a room, why not have 3 towels?

The name of the hotel is good, but the property upkeep is a bit to be said. The sink backed up brushing your teeth, and the shower backed up around your ankles before you were done. Smelled musty amd shower around tub wasnt clean. If i weren't so tired i would have asked for a refund.

Horrible experience, dirty floor in bathroom, hair all over the floor, no shower curtain in shower, had to go to front desk to get one and installed myself. Dust bunnies and floor dirty under chairs and automon in room. Toilet did not fill up with water to flush. Had to fill the plastic garbage can up with water in the tub to flush toilet. SHOULD GET A FULL REFUND.

This was a last-minute booking. Check-in was great. The girl behind the desk was very helpful and nice when we got to the room things looked well, but the bathroom was gross and dirty. There looked to be what was debris on the bed handprints on the wall in the morning, the selection of food was Sparse no plastic wear. When I went to check out, I went to hand the key cards to the gentleman behind the desk, who was playing on his phone and he barely looked up and said just leave it there. The hallways were filthy and dirty towels on the floor.

Our air conditioner leaked. They used to have a pool but it is no longer operating. The hotel was a bit noisy, we could hear everything in our room. Overall, it is a safe place to stay and the price was right for what we wanted. Staff was not very friendly.

At 8am on the day i was checking out, housekeeping knocked on my door, and i asked them to come back (i was getting ready, and check out is 11am...3 hours away). The women stood outside my door complaining loudly so i would hear her. Saying things like "i dont understand, this room is on the list for check out today, she should leave" "why should i have to comr back, shes checking out today" "well, i guess shes really going to make us come back even though shes checking out" Check out was THREE hours away. I was staying at this hotel for work, and was in the process of getting ready for work. AGAIN check out was 11....there is no reason I should be expected to leave before then. I will not be returning to this hotel because of tbis experience

Disgusting rooms

Absolutely disgusting. Black mold in one room, moved to another with blood on pillows, then moved to another with boogers and stains on bedding. Had to ask for clean bedding and make the bed ourselves. Had a 2 night stay and only stayed the first night because we had no other option.

Unsafe, unclean, not coming back

Got to the hotel. Nobody was at the front desk. Just a bell. I rang it several times and waited ten minutes until somebody finally came to the front. He asked me what was up. Took five minutes to get a key ready and handed it to me. Did not say another word. Got to my room on the third floor. The lock was wedged into the door and it was open. I got in and locked the room. I felt very uncomfortable. I left once and took the stairs to avoid the sketchy guy at the front desk. I never left my room again, because I was scared to leave my stuff there alone. I did not feel safe. On top of that, the room itself was dirty. I didn't want to sleep on the bed. The shower was terrible. I ended up leaving super early. I will not stay at this place again.
