This one-of-a-kind home is going to give your family and friends the vacation of a lifetime! Located in the sleepy community of Gowdy Shores in Union Pier, we welcome you to Sol Haus! This five bedroom, three and a half bathroom, newly constructed home has everything you could want and more! Private and wooded backyard includes a large private heated pool with retractable cover and hot tub. Roast smores under the stars with the outdoor firepit or cook on your gas grill. Detox last night's folly in your outdoor private sauna as well! The main floor features an open-concept living space with an expansive kitchen, dining area for twelve and island seating for four more. Cozy up to the gas fireplace while watching your favorite show on the large flat screen-TV. Great views of pool area so you can watch your little ones splash away while you kick back and relax. Also on main floor is a spacious three-season room featuring seating for up to eight to lounge by the wood burning fireplace, chat, or watch television. Additional dining for eight more in this bright and cheery three-season room. Master bedroom also on main floor with king bed and en-suite bathroom with gorgeous rain shower. Second bedroom has king bed and two twin bunks as well. Utility room with washer/dryer also on this floor as well as hallway bathroom with lovely steam shower. Come on up to the second floor which boasts two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Both bedrooms have queen bunk beds along with a twin bed to sleep up to five in each room. Tub/shower combo full bathroom in between the bedrooms. Final trek to the third-floor bedroom that houses two queen beds and a half bathroom. Perfect for the young adults that don't need constant supervision. Each of the five bedrooms have a television as well. Just a short walk to a beautiful private association beach. No need to drive!

Wonderful home and experience

This is our second summer staying at Solhaus. We had a wonderful time. The home is amazing - from the clean, open spaces throughout the home, amazing pool, hot tub and fire pit to the incredibly close proximity to the beach, it's the perfect home for a small or large family (we have a family / extended family of 9). And the property management company is so communicative, helpful and attentive. Thank you!

Perfect Getaway!

This is a beautiful house in excellent condition and with every amenity. While there is a lovely beach a few minute walk away, the house/pool/hot tub/sauna were so nice we did not end up spending much time there. The neighborhood is peaceful and there is plenty ot room inside and out to accomodate multigenerational families or larger groups. In addition to the pool/hot tub, we especially appreciated the Control 4 smart house technology, beautiful lighting and fire pit. Communication was great and everything you could want was provided and in great condition.

Excellent Stay

Awesome place for a group gathering. Tons of space for everyone and can't ask for a better outdoor setup. The pool, sauna, hot tub, fire pit, and large grill were all excellent. The house had everything we needed for a fun weekend. Location was great as well.
