Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, kids loved the pool, we all slept great. If it was closer to six flags, it would have been perfect for my family!
Staff was over the top. However the place smelled horrible. No such thing as non-smoking room. Cigarette holes/burns in every blanket and bed spread. Carpet was literally sticky from residue? The linens and bedding were in much need of replacing. A/C heating unit not working.
We were very happy with the property. Check in staff needs to be knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast at 9:00 a.m. was cleared out basically. Waffle iron, couple of apples and yogurt. With staff on duty that did not offer to replenish the items. So that is a no go for us.

Nothing special about the property seemed reasonably clean. Not much within walking distance. Because of Covid they weren’t serving breakfast only snacks from behind the front desk.
Hotel room was clean and bed was comfortable. Room felt very humid all night. Clean bathroom. Easy to find and park.
Hotel has been remodeled since previous stays. Pleasant decor, great staff.
I experienced a problem due to their remodeling, but the manager was extremely professional and resolved the issue which left me with a very good opinion of the motel. I gladly recommend it; especially when the new fixtures are installed.
Our rooms were beautiful and mostly clean (the pull out bed had crumbs in the sheets)! Swimming pool was a tea cup! No continental breakfast without costing an arm and a leg! Most insulting was no Military Appreciation discount considering the cost of the two rooms!
Everything was comfortable and pleasant however on both on two of the three nights we were there we were interrupted by the fire alarm sounding, twice each evening. We walked downstairs the first time and after a few minutes were told the alarm had been triggered by steam from a bathroom. Fifteen minutes after the alarm was cleared it sounded again but was turned off before we reached the stairwell. This sequence repeated itself the next afternoon. When we checked out we mentioned this and the clerk said the alarm system was brand new and too sensitive. They had already called to have it replaced.
we enjoyed the well-stocked breakfast -- waffles, hardboiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, cereal, plus a variety of beverages available 24/7 in foyer; only negative is the thinner type towels and only one bath towel per person; room had both shampoo and conditioner (not all budget level hotels have conditioner) although again only one bottle of each in room booked for 3 adults
We have stayed at this motel several times and have always been pleased. It is clean & comfortable and the staff is very accommodating. We plan to stay there again in the future.

Location was easy to find. I wasn't sure of arrival time or where I was actually going to end up staying. I made reservation late on my smart phone which helped in deciding where to stay. Comfortable place at a comfortable rate. Plenty of space in my room but I found the breakfast to be perhaps below average. I would stay here again.
