This farm is also referenced in the historical book “ Come Spring “ we purchased this beautiful property in 2019 and have spent the last year renovating it. When you turn down Come Spring Lane , you will drive down a long dramatic road surrounded by rolling hills. The farm house is on the left side of come spring lane. We renovated this house from top to bottom . Our farm Has Kune Kune pigs , sheep , and chickens which you may visit daily , if you want to help with taking care of them just let us know . Happy to give you that experience.

Note : across the road from the farmhouse are 3 geodesic Glamping domes , they are located up the hill , down the road across on opposite sides of our property . They are mostly hidden by the trees but we like to mention that those are also operated by kevin and I. if you have a bigger party and need more space just let us know and we can also add them to your reservation . They are only rentable for spring ,summer and fall .

Guest have access to all that is on the side of the Come Spring Lane where the house is located. They visit the all the animals and also walk down to the lake for fishing , canoeing or swimming.

Farmer ( your host ) comes in the morning and evening to feed animals . We can also arrange the times with you , we are very flexible. We manage the Glamping retreat across the road on a daily basis and can be available for any special request , even walk your dog if you need to take a day trip .

Pleasant hosts and a wonderful setting in a woefully sub-standard (considering the cost) house.

Therapeutic Vacay Stay

My family and myself cannot say enough wonderful things about Come Spring Farm. Ana and Kevin were the most gracious hosts. Farmhouse was cozy and very quaint... perfect for a family gathering. The "Chicken Coop" was a terrific surprise ( we could have sat in there for hours!) Animals and view of the lake was priceless... million dollar view! We will be back "Come Spring"

A must-stay for animal lovers in particular

Beautiful view, pleasant accommodations, excellent communication. The best part was the daily visits from the goats. Although we were a group of four adults--and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay--I kept thinking what an amazing experience this would be for a family with young children.

True farm experience

Kevin, the property owner, was very accommodating and responsive to anything we needed. Upon arrival we were not impressed with the “newly” renovated farm house, it appeared to be renovated but has not been kept up since. It could use a very thorough cleaning. Kevin immediately came to the property to address our concern and offer assistance. From that point on our stay was a great, true farm experience. The kids (6 and 12) cried when we had to leave after our 4 day stay. If you are looking for a beautiful setting, friendly animals and very down to the basics farm vacation this is exactly that. We would definitely go back knowing what to expect. Kevin and Anna are definitely working on the place and it is a work in progress that we really enjoyed.

An amazing find!!!

We vacation in Maine frequently and have always stayed along the coast but wanted to try something different so we decided to stay here. And what a TERRIFIC move this was!!! This was one of our top 3 vacations ever! The property is beautiful. The grounds are beautiful. The owners are even more beautiful! (Kevin & Ana) We stayed in the house and it's very charming and it's definitely got the farm house vibe. The kitchen is great and the living room gives you a great view of the HUGE pond. (I'd call it a lake, but I'm a city boy.) There's a canoe and a few kayaks to take out onto the pond. (Lots of lifejackets too) The grounds are terrific. It's great seeing the chickens & two pigs roaming the grounds. For those not fond of animals, no worries, they're not intrusive. There are also sheep and lamas, but they're always fenced in. There's an amazing barn where you can go for coffee each morning or to just hang out and enjoy the beautiful views from the huge windows. (Also lots of chairs and places to sit there and even a small workout area and some board games.) A beautiful area to hang. We enjoyed the experience and Ana & Kevin are the NICEST people!! So sweet and thoughtful and kind. Lots to do here, book your stay today!!

Best Vacation Ever

We had the absolute best time staying at the farmhouse! The animals are right outside the front door, and the lake is just down the hill. My sons LOVED the roaming chickens and pigs as well as they adored feeding the bunnies, sheep, and llamas. Ana and Kevin were incredibly gracious hosts; always available to answer questions or invite the kids to help tend to the farm. This was hands down my family's favorite vacation we've ever taken and a HUGE part of that was having this incredible oasis to wake up to and come back to every evening.

Beautiful farm close to Camden

We really enjoyed our stay at Come Spring Farm. Kevin and Ana couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. The home was beautifully updated and the “extras” like the Coop Lounge really enhanced the experience. We brought our two Aussies who loved the farm and the animals and had a great time too. The location was close enough to Camden and Rockland with an easy drive into town. Just down the street are an excellent bakery and restaurant that we highly recommend. All in we enjoyed the experience and would certainly book again.

Beautiful Weekend Farm Experience with Leather Couches and Exceptionally Clean House

The joy of living among sweet farm animals in a rural, updated farmhouse with a gorgeous view is not over-rated! Communicative and accessible owners are close by and yet happy to give the solitude requested. Rabbits (with baby bunnies), alpacas, sheep and Kune kune pigs — all make an unforgettable and pettable experience. Will definitely return to this place.

Calm and Peaceful getaway

This modern farmhouse has a storybook setting. The house sits on a hill and overlooks the water. You wake up to huge, picture frame windows in the living room and if you are lucky, the sheep will come by and say, "hello." Step outside and you hear the birds chirping, wind blowing; the beautiful sounds of nature. This was a getaway for my wife and I and we will be back! Thank you Ana and Kevin for creating this oasis for us to enjoy.

Peaceful and Clean!

We stayed here for a little get away during covid. It was clean and safe and we didn't have to communicate with anyone. It was so much fun for my daughter to see the chickens and watch the sheep roam around. The house was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Escape to the farm

Ana and Kevin were wonderful hosts! My husband and I met my parents up at the farm for a week away from city living and had a perfect and relaxing retreat. The house is beautifully restored, the fresh eggs are delicious, and Ana and Kevin were communicative and available for any questions that we had. Wally, the sheepdog, won our hearts. Never was there a friendlier pup in all the land. Looking forward to seeing what you guys do with the rest of the property!
