The negative thing about the hotel and that was, that you were a sit allowed to have no more than one guest in the room and if you were to have someone stayed over with you the hotel would charge you extra even if the person was family... it was a bit aggravating that you couldn’t have your own relative come to visit you, it was very displeasing, the only way way was for them to sit in the lobby to see you, in other word you couldn’t have a private conversataiaon with anyone cause you couldn’t take them to the room.... considering that the rooms had a table with chairs... and to top it off there was a si hole person in the front seat that was very passive aggressive and every single time he had the chance to make things difficult he would, for example my nephew and his sister were not allowed to be in the unit one of them had to stayed outside and how ever knows barranquilla anything could happen to them Been outside... aside from this the rest of the staff were very friendly, polite and very helpful specially the lady Sugeily if not mistaken and the cleaning lady as well and the two gentlemen that work the door and the restaurant very nice people... considering Of all of those things I would still go back to the hotel cause it feels very comfortable...

It’s the first time my family and I have stayed at Sites, and it won’t be the last. Everyone at Sites was very helpful and friendly. We received excellent service. The hotel itself is new, clean, and had everything we needed for our two-week stay. My children enjoyed swimming in the jacuzzi, which was the perfect size for them. The breakfast buffet always had plenty of options to choose from. A few times, they even made our family different types of eggs made to order. One night, we went up to the bar area, and the bartender was great and made me a delicious margarita. My family and I will be staying here again when we visit Barranquilla.

Staff super helpful. Great location. Jasmine in the administration was always attentive to take care of business/requests with a great smile. Breakfast was wonderful. I'll definetely go back. Thank you.

It is one of the best hotels I have stayed. It simple, cozy, eco friendly, close by malls restaurants and walkable, and staff is very welcoming. It is not a 5 star hotel but, beds are really comfortable, room service is always nice and clean, small menu in restaurant, small breakfast buffet but filling, and you have every basic amenity you need. The only thing was that I am Colombian and I would prefer more tv channels, Tv is in Spanish, they don’t have any English Channel right now.
