The accommodation is situated in the Komunela neighborhood, consisting of private houses with fenced gardens decorated with plants and flowers. The house also offers another apartment for 4 guests on the second floor. The main advantage of the property is its proximity to the supermarket and café (100 m), restaurant (200 m), playground (150 m), and town center (800 m), all easily reachable on foot within a few minutes.
The beach is 900 m from the house, while the seafront promenade is 600 m away.

The comfortable air-conditioned apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), two bedside tables with night lamps, a wardrobe with a mirror, chest of drawers, sofa, air conditioning, flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet access, and bed linen provided. From the bedroom, there is access to a covered balcony furnished with a table, chairs, and a sunshade.
