The big outdoor swimming pool with whirlpool has a surface of 55 sq m.
The villa has a spacious garage with 3 parking lots. In the garden (3000 sq m) there is a covered and glazed terrace with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a barbecue area where you can enjoy preparing delicious meals and spice them with aromatic herbs from the garden that surrounds it.

Within the garden there is a sports and recreational area, at exclusive disposal of the guests, that includes: a pitch with artificial grass for football, volleyball and badminton, a ping pong table, swings, slides and a variety of games for children of all ages.

You will surely enjoy the tranquility of a typical Istrian village, close to the sea but still far enough to make your stay comfortable and undisturbed.
