The apartment is a unit in itself, it is accessible via a separate entrance via an external staircase.
The cozy apartment is approx. 40 m2. It offers plenty of space for two people, a sofa bed (1.40 x 2.0 m) allows one or two additional beds. The equipment is designed for four people, but it is rather narrow.

The apartment has a separate entrance area with a cloakroom.
A washing machine with tumbler is available in the new shower room.
The living room is bright, comfortably furnished, the kitchenette includes u. a. a dishwasher, microwave and an oven.
The apartment is on two levels, four steps lead to the nicely furnished bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is an additional sleeping possibility on a sofa bed.

In the garden there is a seat in the sunny green.

PARK
The apartment has its own parking space directly at the house.

LOCATION
Our apartment is centrally located in Überlingen near the lake with good bus and train connections.

The city center can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.
A footpath leads to Lake Constance with swimming opportunities (5 min.)

The baker is in 3 min. accessible on foot.

In the immediate vicinity is the bus stop from the city buses and city rapid buses to Meersburg, Friedrichshafen.
The central bus station (ZOB) with bus and train connections in all directions is approx. 750m away.
