Good stay after an initial bump in the road
The stay started with an unpleasant surprise since we were informed the hotel was overbooked. We were therefore placed in the accommodation of a friend/relative which overall was of good quality, but below the standards of the one we had booked. After much discussion the staff were able to move us to our actual hotel after the first night. We were also not directly offered any compensation by the management for these changes in the booking, but were only given a partial refund after we demanded it at discussions that took place during the whole duration of the stay. We were told the overbooking was a unique situation, but we met another couple that had the same experience at the same time.
Once finally being able to check in to the Tini Villa itself, this was though a very cosy hotel in a lovely village. The location of the hotel is about 10-15 minutes outside of Ubud, but the hotel offers free shuttle service to Ubud city center and back (car or motorcycle). The hotel is located right next to peaceful rice fields which give guests the opportunity to walk in the nature around the area. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchenette available in our room.

Die Unterkunft liegt ca 10 Minuten Fahrzeit von Ubud entfernt und wird von einer Familie geführt. Tini ist sehr herzlich, gastfreundlich und hat einige unserer Trips organisiert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ordentlich, schön gelegen und sauber. In der Unterkunft können auch Roller ausgeliehen werden. Aufgrund des Verkehrs in Ubud haben wir allerdings lieber einen Fahrer genommen. Dieser kann auch von Tini und ihrem Team organisiert werden. Insgesamt eine schöne und familiäre Atmosphäre.

Geweldig verblijf!
Geweldig! Wat een top accommodatie. De gastvrouw en heren altijd vriendelijk en vooral behulpzaam. Helpen je op weg met elke vraag over zowel bestemmingen als hotelservice. We hebben zowel de eigenaresse Tini als de manager Made (familie) mogen ontmoeten en uitgenodigd om bij hun thuis te eten. Super! Top gastvrijheid en heerlijk relaxed verblijf midden in de natuur. Bedankt!

Nous sommes restés 4 nuits, serviettes non changées, ni les draps et il fait chaud ....

Lost in the nature, it is amazing! The owner and the staff are very friendly and kind. They were really ready and helpful to help me to fix a problem with my camera, thanks again.
You will enjoy breakfast directly on your balcony facing on the ricefields. The room was very comfortable and clean. Very nice swimmingpool

WONDERFUL STAY IN TINI VILLA
It was wonderful to stay in Tini Villa. The staff is lovely, always trying to make your stay wonderful. The room was perfectly clean and the bathroom in front of palms and rice fields is amazing. Tini Villa is approximatively 10 minutes driving from Ubud center, which is pleasant as out of busy places. The swimming pool is perfect in front of the rice fields. They can help you in renting motorbikes, having massages and give you the good tips to enjoy your stay. We will definitively come back in Tini Villa if we come in Ubud again.
