I had a wonderful stay at Swahita. The staff went over and above to make my stay enjoyable. After touring all day, it was like coming home every evening! Welcomed back every time. We had a very enjoyable 2 nights here. We enjoyed the pool and seemed to be the only guests using it. The property is quiet (a building site is being worked on next door but it is not too noisy). I recommend this hotel as it is an easy 10 minute walk to the main part of Ubud.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm Balinese welcome that set the tone for our entire stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home, always greeting us with a smile and genuine hospitality. The service was exceptional — attentive without being intrusive, and every request was handled with care and efficiency. You can really feel that the team here takes pride in what they do. The setting was serene and peaceful, making it the perfect retreat from the busier parts of Bali. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations, and we left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Swahita! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality alone would keep us coming back. The only small suggestion I have is to improve the coffee at breakfast by adding a filter. Other than that, a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend staying here mainly because of the exceptional staff and great location. Walkable to a lot of attractions and restaurants.

Excellent hotel enjoyable stay 👍

I gave Swahita an excellent rating because of the wonderful staff like Agus Aria and Putu. Sadly the area next to the hotel is being redeveloped so it has lost the verdant jungle backdrop it used to have, there was some noise due to the construction . However …I ignore this … because…The lovely staff who displayed exceptional service standards, cleaning was very professional and how they approach the guest room… I witnessed a very high standard shown by the way Putu did his job. The walk in from Ubud city Centre is not as pleasant due to lack of walking paths but I chose to be away from the noise so I was happy to walk further. Hope the owner will plant new trees and bamboos to cover the development site next door. Wish to visit Swahita again and stay longer. Hope the standards will be kept. Kudos for hiring the right people and training them well.
