This villa was an excellent place to stay, very close to restaurants. Private pool and villa was great option to relax on a hot day. Customer service and breakfast in bed was great. Will recommend this villa if you are staying in Ubud.

Ladera Villa is in a relatively quiet area close to the centre. It has lovely gardens with a pool and lounging area. We particularly loved our villa with its very private garden and small plunge pool. There are excellent restaurants nearby.

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help with all of our needs. They even suprised us with a beautiful display on our bed when they found out it was our wedding anniversary. The private plunge pool was great addition and the location was perfect. We will be sure to book again when we are back in ubud and we will be highly recommending to everyone we know. Excellent 2 Nights Stay, Lovely Experience

The staff were amazing, very friendly, helpful and gracious. This place is awesome value for money. So close to almost everything. The food is good at the restaurant it was great. Totally loved my time there, if I go back to Ubud, I'd certainly be returning to Ladera.

3 terrifing nights

The place is a bit old but clean and they have very good stuff. There breakfast is set menu and it was good. The first day of my stay there was a lizard in the bathroom. The second I found a scorpion in the villa pool and a snake in the lobby the third day there was 2 big geckos and one Lizards above my head on the ceiling in which it was a nightmare for me and my wife so I f you have a phobia of these animals it is the worst choice for you

Villa a little tired. Needs a good dose of maintenance. Food awful and service quite poor. Food mentioned in menu not available and wine and cocktails specifically advertised not available. For this price there are far better options in Ubud. Front desk staff lovely - not their fault. Location is very convenient though.

Great stay!

My husband and I had a great stay with our 10 year old daughter, the plunge pool is such a nice touch to the villa! Ladera was able to accommodate our request for an extra bed, and it fit fine in the room. The area is fantastic- Jl. Bisma is a quiet street very close to the main Ubud center and the monkey forest all an easy 10min walk. Would recommend Ladera Villa for couples mostly, or family with one young child.

Cochroachs, mossies, no refund on night not stayed

Great location and quiet. Staff were lovely and did the best they could. Was hard to communicate what I needed as english wasn't great. Tried to explain that I was leaving early took a couple of days and 2 different staff members to get message across. The room looked beautiful but on closer inspection was dirt on my bed like an animal had been on it. A cochroach ran across my pillow one night and mossies very bad because of small pool, also roof not enclosed so animals screeching woke me in the night. Overall was ok, just not value for money, I paid over 130 a night, the week before I stayed at a hotel in ubud for 50 au a night which was much better.

Great location & value for a villa w/private pool.

We were very happy with the Ladera Villas. Our room was lovely and our private pool a good size and very private indeed. The bathroom is in the open air style, common in Bali. On the down side, we only had 1 small wardrobe which wasn't big enough for 2 people and the wifi was not great. The location of the villas is very good, only a short 10 minute walk to the centre of Ubud. There are a few restaurants and spa salons on Jl Bisma and we really felt close to everything, while in a quiet and cosy little boutique hotel with only 8 villas. Very good value for the price.

Wonderful, but watch out for construction noise

The hotel was beautiful, right smack in the middle of the UBUD action, but on a quite side street with rice paddies. Loud construction noise from 9am-5pm every day from next door though. Beds were a bit soft, but everything else was perfect. Select villa D, E for the most privacy. Plunge pool was the perfect temperature. Food was OK, but lots of great restaurants around within 5 minutes walking.

Beautiful private villa in Ubud.

Stayed here for two nights with my fiancé and absolutely loved it. Gorgeous surroundings, beautiful room and private pool, close to everything, and wonderful staff. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Defintely reccommend Ladera for anyone looking for an intimate stay right in Ubud.

My wife and I spent 3 nights in Ladera Villa. It was a very pleasant stay. The villa was very well located. Within walking distance of major attractions in Ubud. Definitely worth it for the USD130-140 range.

Perfect for hornymooners

The construction work next to the villa is noisy. As the construction has reach the third storey, privacy in the villa was effected and will worsen if no action is taken. We could see the construction workers looking at us! Minor problems like slow wifi and broken fridge. Beautiful villa. Staff is very polite and very helpful.
