Exceptional hotel and service.

We stayed in Ayuterra for our honeymoon and absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Our room had a private pool which had the most beautiful views. The staff was super polite and friendly and always welcomed and served us with a smile. The breakfast was also quite tasty. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back here.

Completely disappointed this was a trip we had been planning and looking forward to for months!! Our daughter was studying abroad in Australia From the US. Rather than fly to Australia we decided to vacation and meet her in Bali for a 10 day trip of a lifetime. We were set to leave 3/21. We had paid up front in full for our stay at Ayuterra. I reached out to the manager worried and concerned that our trip maybe in jeopardy and flights were being cancelled. The manager said as long as their are flights to Bali you can come. If there weren't flights then they would work to accommodate us and give us a refund. My daughters abroad program was shut down and she was left with no choice but to return to the US. And, then my flight was cancelled. I reached out again to the manger after several exchanges he assured me next time I’m in Bali I could stay there. What?? I told him of this weeks before he easily could have rented my room, but he kept my money. No refund. Shame on you!!

I was never notified that the general pool and gym were closed. When I booked my trip, I was under the assumption these 2 amenities were going to be included. Overall room was nice and views were great but left disappointed with the booking process (I would have chosen other hotel if general pool is not available)

Das Resort liegt etwas entfernt vom lauten Zentrum von Ubud. Man muss sich rein fahren lassen, aber wir fanden das sehr gut, weil wir dadurch unsere Ruhe hatten. Vom Pool aus hatten wir Blick auf den Fluss und auf die Reisterrassen, sehr schön. Allerdings hatten wir Glück, dass unser Zimmer nur eine Etage unter dem Eingang war. Die Stufen sind sehr hoch und wenn wir ganz unten gewesen wären, hätte mich das echt genervt. Es gibt noch keinen Fahrstuhl
