The place is definitely off the beaten path, and a bit hard to get to, from Ubud. The service was good, the place was very spacious with 3 full rooms.But it would use better maintenance, some of the handles fell, one of the bedroom had leaks (into the bedroom), one ceiling was rotten. There was not hot water in one of the bedroomsThe property manager was good and responsive, but the owner was not and did not addressed our concerns at all. Overall fairly good value for the money, for a family of 5, it could have been spectacular… but was nice, safe and worth 4 stars!
