This 2 Bed 2 Bath Beach front condo is located only steps away from the beach. Feel the ocean breeze and swing on the front porch swing that this condo offers. Located walking distance to local restaurants, bars, and shops.

This condo boasts 2 bedrooms with king size beds and a queen pullout bed in the living room.The master bedroom has an ensuite bath, while the second bath is located in the hall. A washer and dryer as well as fully stocked kitchen to include a drip coffee maker opens to the living and dining area. There is a private front porch with a porch swing that boasts an ocean view. This space is perfect for small groups looking to enjoy some time at the beach.

Guests will pull into a parking garage and walk up two flights of stairs to reach the unit. There is no elevator. Check in instructions will be provided 24 hours prior to check in to include the keypad code for keyless entry to the unit.

This condo is located on 17th Street (the south end of Tybee Island) steps from the 17th street beach access directly next to the pier. It is located walking distance to the main strip of local restaurants, bars, and shops. This condo is in a very desirable and sought after location for any one visiting the island!

Escape from Hurricane Helene

My mother (92) needed to get away from the chaos Helene left as she passed through Augusta and destroyed it. This condo was the perfect place. We were so happy to have a clean well appointed place to hang out while things settled down at home. Very user friendly condo that is close to everything, especially the beach. Cameron was so helpful and accommodating.

Very wonderful location but had a big check-in problem

The space and location are truly wonderful. And the host is very responsive. We did have a major issue while checking in, though, namely that the last guests were still there and not even close to packing up. We paid for early check-in, only to find two people telling us to wait and trying to blow us off. They left a big mess in the bedrooms and bathrooms (I won’t go into detail about the bathrooms). We texted the host, who admitted they’d made a “huge mistake.” Unclear whether the mistake was who the other guests were or general time management / organization. We had to wait for the cleaning staff to finish, so the early check-in didn’t happen. The cleaning staff was incredibly friendly; the host let us keep our luggage there while the staff cleaned. All in all, it was a great venue with a nice view. I would probably stay there again (my friend said she would not), despite the hopefully one-time incident.
