The property was great, and the view from both decks was beautiful. The primary bedroom is sizeable, with a beautiful bathroom and private balcony with a lovely view. My only complaint is that there was not a single full-sized mirror in the house, making it difficult to get ready in a group of several women.

Affordable, clean house with easy access to Tybee Beach

The house was clean, super close to the beach with several wooden walkways to choose from. Awesome views of the ocean and beach. Every morning, there were giant cargo ships that we watched come and go without even rolling out of bed for a lazy morning. We would stay here again!

Perfect house for a family vacation!

The house had a gorgeous view, was immaculate and it was close to Huckapoos. Loved the screened in porch and separate deck. Communication was prompt. Management solved a small maintenance issue very quickly. We would definitely come back.

Friend Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our time inTybee. The home was clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable 6 night stay. The screened in porch and open air upper balcony are definitely a plus. We loved the peace and quiet of the north end neighborhood. Beach access was easy, and we enjoyed all that the island had to offer. We would definitely recommend this beautiful spot and home to others.

Comfortable stay

This duplex was located in the quiet north end of the island. Nice, peaceful neighborhood. Easy to bike and walk/run in the area. The beach is directly across the low traffic street. It's not the prettiest or softest beach, but it is within walking distance to North Beach which had soft sand. It was pretty cold/windy while we were there so we only went to the beach a couple of times. It was nice to see the ocean and the beach from the duplex windows though. The duplex is large and very comfortable. Loved the living room, kitchen and comfy bedrooms. It has 2 nice balconies, one is screened (although that didn't keep out the sand gnats/no-see-ums). We should stay here again!

Relaxing for Us

Greatly enjoyed our stay and first time at this house and also in Tybee Island. Would definitely go back again. Quiet neighborhood which I very much enjoyed. Wish we could have stayed longer! My family and I loved it.

Great getaway

This property is in a perfect location on the quiet side of the island. We were steps away from a private beach access, and had amazing views from the balconies (one of which was screened in). The unit was clean and well appointed. You should bring beach chairs and Tupperware with you, but you’ll have everything else you need. My husband, 2!adult children, and myself were very comfortable here, and made some great memories! This unit feels secluded, but is just a few minutes away from shops, restaurants, and the lighthouse. You won’t be disappointed!

Best Beach Stay!

If you’re looking for the perfect family friendly beach location, look no further! Upon entry, the condo was clean and inviting! It’s hard to find a place to accommodate our large family of 6, but this place had it all! There is a breathtaking view of the ocean from all floors, and the walk to the beach is spectacular! We will definitely be booking again!

Beach house needs

The peoperty was wonderful and the stay was amazing. We are a family of sun and sand worshippers so the location was great. For a house in such close proximity to the beach there should be some accommodations for beach accessories. And any rental with laundry service available should provide laundry baskets.
