It consists of a bedroom, bathroom with shower, a kitchen entrance with sofa bed. The apartment has a large panoramic terrace and it is air-conditioned. The rest of the House can be occupied from time to time by the owners. The place is easily accessible as it is located near the motorway, exit at Tusa, located behind the home side. Thanks to the favourable location you can easily reach the most important tourist sites in Sicily. The nearest town is Castel di Tusa, a small fishing village at about 2 km, equipped with essential services, such as restaurants, shops and lidos necessities.
