We stayed here for two nights on our way to Genoa. Hotel is very nice and clean, staff is very friendly. Breakfast is excellent with abundant buffet. City centre is 20 minutes walk from the hotel. I would reccomend it, definitely.

In the first room, I had the carpet had an odor, which was covered by the heavy perfume of a dsinfectant. My first request for another room was refuesed, with the argument, that all rooms are booked. After a firm and clear complaint, pointing out.that I will have to slept in the car, led to the offer of a appartment for that night. There the carpet was o.k, but in a both room and the appartment I was, during my stay the bath could have been in a better condition. Equipment is worn. The room to take yor meals an the conference rooms are underground without day light. The hotel is located in a "social focal point", for the 2km to the city taking a taxi should be considered. The staff is quite friendly.

A very friendly staff. It was our 2nd time staying in that hotel and as usual the staff never deluded us... the lady in the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. She checked us in real fast, so as the person that checked us out. Breakfast was ok.. it has all what you need to start the day... our room was clean, so what else do you need for a nice stay? We surely would come back ...

The hotel looks impressive but we were very disappointed with it. The room was scruffy and dreary. The bars either did not open or were open occasionally and it was difficult to get refreshments. We went to the Restuarant to have dinner but were turned away as we had not booked - we were not told we needed to book for dinner on checkin. For such a large hotel I don't know why they only had a fraction of the dining area open for dinner. There is no other eatery in the vicinity that we could find so we had to go to a nearby supermarket to get snacks to eat in the room. The breakfast was ok but nothing special. It seemed like a lot of the hotel was closed, and on our last day, all the electricity was turned off from 9.30 - 5, which was not great. It was quite a walk into the city but manageable. WIFI was inconsistent. Onsite underground parking was useful. I doubt we will return to this hotel.

Stayed with friends to support Joe Hart on loan playing for Torino. The hotel whilst basic and functional is not definitely not 4 Star as sometimes claimed. Staff are friendly and efficient and the hotel is clean. Situated a little further away from the centre than ideal but taxis are acceptable cost and more exciting than walking as they drive like absolute lunatics. The surroundings don't look great but I saw no crime whatsoever. Beer is expensive here but there are cheap bars nearby offering massive measures for little cost. On the subject of Joe Hart I observed him get absolutely smashed conceding 5 vs Napoli including one at the near post! He is only mid table PL quality at best!

Sei bellissimo, sono d'inghilterra e sono qui per una tre notte. Went to this hotel to watch Torino play, overall the hotel was decent for the price paid.....although if you plan on getting luck make sure they have ID!!

Stayed in a 3 star hotel in Rome just before this. The WiFi barely worked here and the bathroom shower drain actually clogged. The windows couldn't be opened all the way when we were feeling stuffy at one point. The pillows provided were terrible too. The breakfast is decent though.

Generally comfortable with a very pleasant staff. I'm not sure where the 4 star rating comes from. It was a highly average budget hotel as far as I was concerned. The room was clean and quiet. I was alone but I had a double bed (and a single), with a writing desk, and reasonable space. Nothing fancy. The main thing to note is the location. For my purposes it was fine but it may not be appealing to everyone. The hotel sits on the Dora river, a tributary of the Po, and it is a lovely walk along the river into neighboring districts, including Aurora which is an attractive area. The other neighborhoods around are nondescript. I came in to Turin via train to Porta Nuova station and it was a fair hike (35 minutes at a good pace). I like walking, so it was all right, but if you don't there are plenty of taxis and buses. Getting into the city center is a 15 minute walk.

It was a nice hotel but for being 4star hotel you can be a little disappointed.not so central so you need taxi or try to walk till the centrum.Breakfast was really huge for everyone there is everything and fresh.cleaning was ..eh...

Stayed here to watch juventus, the hotel staff organised a taxi to where ever we needed to go, managed to walk into the main shopping area from here, and the breakfast selection was top notch, although walked around 15 mins to find a restaurant i would advise on taking a taxi as some of the darker streets felt intimidating.
