Clean room, excellent breakfast and friendly staff who went out of their way to help. During an emergency where I urgently needed a copy of my wife's passport which we didn't have on us, a simple phone call and a verification email from my phone was all that was needed and after only five minutes I received a scan of the passport. You saved our day guys, thank you!
Rooms are nice. Staff are friendly. Food is good. Especially breakfast (wide variety).Location is not the best but it’s not bad either. Bus stop is very near so it was of great help. Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
This hotel is located outside downtown Turin near the river. It’s surrounding are not inviting for a walk. Blankets and overall the room were not as clean as one expects with red spots seemingly blood... Dining was fair and breakfast decent. I am not going back.
We stayed for 2 nights with my husband. We really liked this hotel! Peaceful, nice lobby area and nice rooms. The only thing missing was a pool. Good breakfast with a large variety of choices. A short walk to the center. The the hotel is located is not luxorious, but for me it was excellent since I enjoy seeing the local life.
We booked an overnight stop here for a Sunday night. On arrival we were told the wifi wasn't working and the restaurant was shut as it was Sunday. We were also told the bar would be open at 7 so after we had walked to the city centre(about 15 mins) and had dinner we returned hoping for a drink. However the new receptionist said the bars were not open on Sunday either. So no drinks, no food and no wifi - we had to pay in cash too as the card machines were not working. A nice hotel and good breakfast but very poor amenities for a four star hotel
A very nice hotel. Probably used to serving the business community. The room was very nice, aircon worked, bathroom accessories served the purpose well, linen and towels were clean. Everything you’d expect in a decent hotel was there. An excellent breakfast buffet which was really comprehensive, everything you could think of, hot and cold dishes, and plenty of everything. Decent coffee and excellent range of beverages. Could not fault it. The staff in all areas were pleasant and helpful. We ate one night in the restaurant. The food was OK. The serving staff most helpful. But I did not like the location of the place. Our visit was to focus on the fabulous Turin museums. It’s a good 40 minute maybe 50 minute walk for us. The nearby bus 10 takes us to the wrong end of town and so 25 minutes walk from there. There’s an 11 bus about 12 mins walk away if you know where to get off in town (confusing). We tried a Number 3 tram about 12 mins walk away, but we must have waited close to half an hour for it. If there’s a few of you, it’s better to take a taxi. There is a paucity of places to eat in the area around the hotel, and with it being August, what little there was, was closed!! The hotel is very nice but it’s not comfortable for the centre of town.
This hotel offers a style like a business hotel in the 80th. It is cheap, clean the service is friendly, but not in the nicest area of Turin. Over all a ok stay on our way to Piemonte. Funny is that you get the feeling as your where a lot of years back in the time ;-)
Stayed for one night. Check-in was swift. The room was small but clean: as expected. Also, it was really quiet. Super. However, it's a shame we got no sleep as it was so hot. There was air con, but it was RUBBISH. Very poor. Breakfast was above average though. And it's only 20 minutes walk to the old town. Lots of positives for this hotel, but let down massively by the non-existent air con.
I was in this hotel in June for 2 nights, it's just far from city center, but it's easily acceptable by bus (bus ticket valid for 48 hours: 7 Euro) The staff was very nice, breakfast also was perfect.
I & my wife stayed in this Hotel for two nights in May 17. The facade of the hotel is impressive . It is located in a decent residential area with good surrounding & view. How ever, there are no shops & bus stops with in 200 m. It has a nice reception area with English speaking staff who were friendly & helpfull. They called taxi for us & also helped us with printing of ticket. One of the lifts was a tad slow , thumpy & noisy , but generally OK. No bell-boys & concierage service but the staff is willing to help. Room though small ,was adequately appointed with AC,safe , fridge , hangers, TV, though TV was really postage-stamp size & made viewing tiresome ! No coffee or tea arrangements but then they did'nt make that offer , either. Yes, the room service , I thought was a bit on the higher side. Small bathroom with shower only. In fact shower area was really small & a big person will not enjoy the shower. Breakfast was decent with the usual continental spread. Only scrambled or boiled eggs, not to order.I thought a 4 Star would have that facility. Over all , we had a nice stay in this Hotel !
