It is a nice hotel in Torino, this is the theerd one be in the hotel. Always is fresch and clean. The brakfast is good but I miss some more dark bread and the rest is good. The hotel is just close to the shoping and the railway station.
The hotel is very comfortable, the room was a good size. Very clean. Quite a good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Quite central being near Porta Nuova railway station. The room had a balcony. The shower was very strong with plenty of hot water.
The hotel is good value for money. Big enough room and bathroom and good breakfast choice However the area around the hotel, which is located near Porta Nuova train station is very dodgy A lot of men and women hanging outside with bottles of alcohol. Me and my partner felt very unsafe walking back to the hotel from the bar which was only 5 min walk One of our friends that went home later that night witnessed a fight
The hotel was good value but beware the immediate area surrounding this hotel is a ghetto. Dodgy looking people hanging around the hotel. My friend was staying in a hotel on the next road and he got mugged. Basic room but adequate for the price. Breakfast included was a bonus. Personally, I would never stay in this area again but the hotel is very convenient if you have a train to catch early.
Very nice and clean hotel. The bedroom are perfect for one or two people. Staff guys are adorable. If you need know something, they can give you all answers you need. Easy to find close train station and underground!
Hotel Urbani was a good, centrally located hotel in Torino & for the price it was a steal. The staff was helpful, spoke English, and the rooms were clean. It's not fancy by any means -- just a good, basic room to stay in during your trip to Torino.
Spacious and well decorated rooms, timeless design of the hotel. Professional service, very clean rooms and generous but slightly varied breakfasts. I recommend not only the service but also the private (good standard, great location).
Personell is friendly. That's what's positive about this hotel. I forgot: downtown is just two steps away while you can park your car upfront. Rooms at the fifth floor are hot and small. As if they rebuild the upper floor to make some extra money. I wrote this before breakfast, being afraid what I will encounter. I will correct this review if necessary and relevant.
We stayed two nights there and enjoyed our stay. -Very clean and modern hotel. -Good location and near by airport busses. -Breakfast was nice surprise, cos we had eggs and sausages! Scandinavians need some protein, only sweet bun is not enough ;) -Staff speak very good english Big recommend!
Stayed in Turin for one night with my boyfriend. The hotel is situated a few minutes walk from the porta nauva train station. The staff were helpful and spoke English which helped us. We were shown to our room on the 4th floor and were about to check in at 11am. The room is modern with good air condition and even carpeted which makes it all that more homely. The room has a small balcony which overlooks onto a "classical " Italian courtyard . This is beautiful. The bathroom is of a good size and the shower was great !!! Lots of room within the room too. We visited the town which is very clean the buildings are elegant but not spectacular. The food prices are expensive in the piazzas so stick with the local side streets. We enjoyed a walk along the river po and visit the basilica superga for 360 degree views of Turin. There is a beautiful park by the river although lots of people selling drugs so would be mindful of women passing on there own through there - please don't let it put you off. Turin is a gorgeous city and the hotel was fantastic! Plus breakfast is great too. Highly recommend the Hotel Urbani
