This 2 bedrooms Gardenview is part of a 2 separate villa complex. It is located in the most exclusive and pristine area of Tulum beach, The garden view house is at 20 mts from the beach with a private access to the 50mts ocean front private beach. The place is decorated with style and located between a beautiful field of autochthonous palm trees and a private cenote. It is the ideal place to enjoy privacy, tranquillity and astonishing sunrise.



This place consists of 2 small villas within the complex for which sometimes the private beach area might be shared with other guests who might have booked the other Oceanview Villa. However, you can ask prior to your reservation if there is any other reservation regarding the other villa or you can also make a full reservation to have the whole unit to yourself. We do our best to protect the nature and want to maintain this property with sustainable practices as much as we can. For this reason, the property offers the AC only during the night for 12 hours.V VERY IMPORTANT: By signing and accepting this agreement, you are abiding by the laws of Mexico. There are no gatherings or parties. There is no outside music allowed other than on the deck from the hours of 9am to 6pm and not loud, if this rule is broken, any and all fees legal, fines and loss of incomes from closure of the property are the sole responsibility of the renter. Also the fire on the beach is not allowed.

The Riviera Maya is well known for it's vast variety of activities and services you can acquire during your visit. Casa Zaba is one of the few properties that has a cenote 800 meters long and 4 to 8 meters deep, with private access for our guests. Come live one of the most amazing and magical events of nature, when the turtles come up on the beach to lay their eggs, where we already have two nests.When you see a turtle coming out of the ocean, please don't use a flash light or smoke and be very quiet . The property is located in the hotel zone km 10 beside Gitano Beach on the beach side.

To move around the hotel zone we recommend bikes or scooters as it is an easy, beautiful and fast way of enjoying the beautiful Tulum beach road. It helps you avoid the evening traffic and the need to be finding a parking lot. To arrive to the property we recommend a taxi straight from Cancun airport. We can help you with transportation arrangements as well as booking all sorts of different activities in the area you might be interested in doing.
