Safe, well lit, paved roads, in developed part of Tulum close to many restaurants, and shopping in walking distance.
Included also is a Newer Scott dirt Bicycle and large ATV, ATV at a discounted price.

Each of 3 bedrooms has 1 King bed and dedicated air conditioning, and 55I screen TV.

Living Room has super large 75I Screen TV, sofa, large Kitchen, and Dinning room table.

Outside next to private plunge pool is a sofa, 2 lounge chairs, 2 comfort chairs, and table.

Also Included is a high end Scott Mountain Bike for use.

We have a large ATV available on property for rent as well.

Private parking for 1 vehicle and street parking for extra vehicles.
