When arriving at Hunab it is not advertised properly. It is located down a street under construction. No one speaks English during my entire stay. No bar by the pool. Non working jacuzzi. First night entering the entire walk thru to my 4th flr room was dark had to use cell light. AC not working due to bad batteries. Holes in screen balcony so couldn't open that. It was not stated that it was a condo. No one returns your call back after the second day finally reaching someone. No hammock by the pool. It's just very misleading. They should stay closed until it is completely up and running. Total guests we saw in complex was about 5. We spoke to a family and they were displeased as well and actually left to days earlier.

Rekommenderar absolut inte detta hotell

Dusch rummet var obrukbart och vatten kunde inte komma ner i brunnen / så det rann vatten ut i sovrummet och handdukar fick läggas ut på golvet som stopp. Fick duscha 5 dagar uppe vid pool området och i kallt vatten. Värden lovade fixa detta dag 2 men inget hände och gjorde sig oanträffbar samt så efter ett par dagar till började det lukta kloak och det var obehagligt. Alltså man vet att vår dusch inte fungerar och struntar i det ? Helt obegripligt och all dokumentation samt bilder - uppgjorda överens komna lösningar finns - jag är dessutom på en 50 års resa och känner mig oerhört kränkt av hur jag med sällskap behandlats. Blev erbjuden 1 natt av 6 mot vår tystnad i recentioner - så rekommenderar absolut inte detta hotel. Reser mycket har god förmåga att diskutera lösningar men detta stället är verkligen trist när man blir bemöt av nonchalans och fullständig nedslående syn på oss som kunder.

Es un hotel completamente nuevo, el problema es que le falta limpieza ya que al ser nuevo aun tiene polvo de la construcción. El agua del baño (regadera y lavabo) huele muy feo. El baño nuevo pero no se iba el agua de la regadera. Nos hicieron esperar una hora para poder acceder a la habitación, ya que no había nadie que nos diera el acceso
