The manager of the hotel was very helpful. The people that were also staying in the that hotel weren’t managed. My sister and I decided to go to the pool, and there was men underwear laying around and trash too.

This place was exactly as advertised. Excellent location. Lots of nearby shops and restaurants. The property manager Luis was fantastic. Everything was clean and well maintained. The pool was warm but the breeze on the rooftop cooled you off. Absolutely beautiful place, great value and I would definitely stay again.

Luis the property manager was great. Brought us everything we needed and was super helpful and had good English too. There are many restaurants and bars all within a close walking proximity. It was super worth the price and the rooftop pool was also quite nice!

I had a great stay. Luis was very welcoming and very accommodating. The hotel is centrally located right in the heart of Tulum. Located near some very popular restaurants and a short bike ride to the ruins. The room was clean and very comfortable. Thank you Luis for an amazing trip to Tulum

Luis is very friendly and helpful. Communication through whatsapp is easy and almost instant reply. Air condition is good. Roof top swimming pool and sunset view are excellent. Very convenient. Laundry service at the opposite road and cheap. There was plumbing problem in the toilet downstairs but it was resolved promptly. We still have a second toilet to use. Last night of staying (Friday) was bad because of the loud music almost the whole night. Avoid the weekend and you will be fine. Address is wrong. Type the name of the hotel in google map is fine.

No one there to let us in. There was a note on the door to call a number and someone would come. A very nice cleaning lady came, gave us our key, told us the code to open the huge steel gate, told us the WiFi password when she showed us the loft. No elevator so we carried our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Not nearly enough towels and actually no amenities at all except a pool on the roof, but more stairs and I don’t think there was a filtration system for the pool. The hotel loft room was nice. Full kitchen, dining area, living room area with big tv and a half bath. Second floor was the bedroom. Comfortable bed. Full bath. There was only us and one other person in the building. Wasn’t bad at all but could have been better.

The property was not what we assumed. Had to wait 30 minutes in between toilet flushes. There was no soap anywhere. Inside furniture was absolutely filthy. Car wash right beside woke us up with a super loud vacuum. The hotel host was quite nice though!

The property was clean and comfortable. Close to a lot of restaurants down the street and minutes away from the beach. The location on Expedia is wrong, so I would contact the host before booking to get the actual address.
