You enter the home and are greeted by the inviting living room area. To your left is the kitchenette and dining area, along with the bathroom and door to the private patio. To your left, as you enter the home, are the doorways to the bedrooms. This home has a clean, modern, and cozy feel. The private patio is great for relaxing in the sun and grilling some fresh vegetables or meat from the local Carniceria.

You will have access to the entire alley parking lot, which can accommodate three vehicles, as well as the home and the private patio.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

Amazing property

First VRBO stay and this property was perfect. Exactly as described by host Todd. Todd was in touch thru out the while process. The casita had everything we needed and more. It was so clean and fresh. Parking was so easy right at front door. We were able to walk to so many restaurants. Our grandson walked from UofA in 18 minutes from his dorm.Will definitely be staying here next time we go to Tucson.Check in and out easy.

Great communication/responsiveness

We stayed for a month and owners were extremely responsive, e.g., we had an issue with the TV and they just replaced it with a new one within a day or so! They reached out to us with info and were easy for us to contact, and they dealt with any issues quickly. Apartment is cozy and comfortable (note that kitchen is small, we mostly used the grill) and neighborhood is nice, very convenient to U of A.

Property was amazing and it was a wonderful stay. There was just a small issue at the beginning with the Wi-Fi and being able to access your personal apps on the television, but we would definitely say again great host and great property.
