Great location and great hotel. Only thing missing is a hot tub

Clean, close to downtown and nice bar and restaurant on property
I loved the warm welcome we received once we arrived. I felt safe which is important to me and we were able to walk to The Fox Theatre and felt safe. Will definitely stat at Double Tree the next time I'm in Tucson.
It was great !
Receiving a welcoming text from the manager was a very nice touch. Not having an airport shuttle made it expensive to get to and from the airport.
This hotel is newer, clean, and has a friendly staff. The location is good for downtown or UofA visits. I have stayed here before and enjoyed it. They are now charging for parking, and I did not like this at all.
Great professional, attentive and clean service. Highly recommend!
It was great!
We stayed for three nights and told on mothers day we could not eat breakfast because we didn't have a reservation. They served outside guests rather than those who stayed at the hotel. They only had one valet who was also the Bellman. We waited 30 minutes to get our car on a hot day because he was loading luggage for another guest. Not what we expected when paying for an upscale hotel.
Nice, new, spacious and clean
Inadequate food service, poor parking.
Be aware that parking has a fee - $16.00 for self-park and $23 for valet. Also no breakfast included.
Great place, location, staff, bars and outstanding restaurant
Located straight down the hill from A mountain, attached to the convention center and a convenient walk to Congress and 4th street bars & restaurants. The property and rooms are very modern and spacious. The shower and bathroom was great. My only complaint was the HVAC system was very loud.
Beautiful hotel. Because of it’s location, when there are events it’s very difficult to get to/out of. Still having staff shortages. Food was great but slow service. Beds too low to the ground.
New. Friendly helpful staff.
The hotel is very quiet and extremely clean, beautifully decorated, staff was great, great location
