Centrally located to all of Tucson. Not the finest block, but we've never experienced any issues. (So if you book, be well informed.) The unit's interior is very well done, and the lawn is always cared for.
PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.
PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc. - No smoking in or around the property - No parties - No large gatherings - No unapproved pets

Week in Tucson
Great stay in Tucson! Exactly as advertised - clean, quiet, and well appointed. Convenient location for U of A and easy access to hiking in the Catalina Foothills. Great communication with the owner and team. Check-in process was seamless. I would definitely stay in this property again!

Very clean and cozy
The house was very clean. One of the cleanest I have stayed in. The bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood was nice. Saw lots of people walking dogs and biking by. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, coffee maker, tea pot and dishes

Comfortable, clean, nice location!
The house was very clean and spacious, with a lovely view of the mountains. Beds were comfortable; good water pressure in the bathroom. The kitchen was adequately equipped with the basic essentials (no dishwasher). It was nice to have coffee and filters provided! Wine glasses would have been nice. The laundry room and pool have to be accessed by walking out the front door and around the building and using a separate key/gate lock (not through the back yard). The host was responsive to questions, sent someone to change a lightbulb, and check-in and check-out were seamless. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. Access to the Loop Trail for cyclists is an easy 1.2 miles away. Perfect house for our needs!
