The unit has a private, little fenced backyard and a private, cozy, little front porch. There is shared parking in the back of the duplex. This unit has one assigned parking spot.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.
