Lower Tresulian - an apartment that sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms

Lower Tresulian is an immaculate south facing, ground floor apartment in a detached Georgian property with incredible views of St Mawes Harbour. The sun lounge will ensure that your holiday will be spent soaking in the outrageous vista, watching the visiting yachts at anchor, the local boats out racing, or the iconic little blue ferries on the regular trips to Falmouth and back. Further out to sea there are regular movements of commercial ships in Falmouth Bay either sheltering from a storm or bunkering for fuel. The apartment itself has a spacious sun lounge, terrace with table and chairs, two well proportioned bedrooms and a galley kitchen.

Amazing views

This is a super ground floor apartment with stunning 180 degrees views out to sea. Well equipped and comfortable. Quiet peaceful location. South facing, sunny balcony area a delight. A perfect holiday base whatever the weather. Easy to use car parking space is a bonus in St Mawes. Long flight of steps up to front door not ideal for everyone but fine for us. Close to shops and hotels although hill up and down is steep.

Favourite holiday

We have a family holiday every year in St Mawes and Lower Tresulian is our favourite place to stay. It has lovely spacious rooms with a beautiful garden overlooking the sea. A few minutes walk to the beach and the best view of the bay in St Mawes. The apartment is well equipped and very clean and tidy. The owners are always there to welcome us and we look forward to seeing them both next year.

2 week winter stay

The pictures on the website are accurate. This is a lovely apartment in a perfect location . Heating and hot water are important especially at this time of year, and they were excellent . Well equipped, very comfortable. The sun lounge area with sea views was lovely. The owners were really nice, and available if needed. We saw dolphins from the lounge, did lots of walking, used the ferry, ate out at the local pub, and generally had an excellent time. The narrow roads in St Mawes needed to be driven with caution, but this is a delightful cornish village. We would definitely recommend.
