The hotel is locate a good area. The hotels personal are friendly and nice ; but you have to be prepare to spend time to Check in and check out.
The installations are old and very dated . it is nice to have a large pool but the rooms are very old

Booked and paid extra for pool view on orbits but they gave me other side, poor view plus musty, moldy room.
We arrived at 9 AM and were very pleased to check in without any problems. The staff were great and we were very happy that they could speak English. We had a great stay.
I did not receive messages from relatives who called at the main number. That was really distressing for me and for me when I knew about it.
This great hotel is located in a more residential part of town, within short driving range of a mall and in a more relaxed environment than downtown Trujillo. It's not a big deal due to how small Trujillo is, also the room was excellent, the service excellent, nice pool and bar as well as a hotel spa that was quite a nice surprise. Overall 4 stars out of 5
