I have too many issues to report. Definitely, this is not a 4 star hotel. The main issue was discrimination. The lack of empathy and understanding from the front desk staff, that is not properly trained. When I presented my US passport, they asked me proof of my address in US. I told them that I can provide my home’s tax for 2025 (I keep my notices online). I had to call the manager because I wanted reimbursement to move to another hotel. They refused to do it. Other issues: no soap on the guest’s bathroom, one of the lifts did not work for three days, old carpets, dirty doors. When I told them about the hotel’s transportation, they told me it was not included for passengers with reservations abroad (for my return, on my insistence, they gave me the free transportation to the airport). They also gave me a different room that the one I paid. All in all, that was the most unpleasant stay of my more than 50 years traveling around the world. I’m not the only disappointed and dissatisfied customer. All my friends that traveled to attend an important city event, were very dissatisfied, almost for the same reasons that does not grant a four star to this hotel.
