We enjoyed the Norstar village and amenities. They condo was beautiful and perfect for our family of 6. Loved the location for all things Tahoe as well. The management was very responsive and helpful. Our fridge quit working on day 2 and they made sure to come up with a solution to minimize disruption in our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect place to stay making it so easy and convenient for our family. Very clean and well maintained, and had all the amenities that we would need for a family. The weather was extremely hot and the air conditioners were not working but the management team was very responsive and did all they could to remedy the situation, ultimately with success. They made a fair accommodation to us for the time we were inconvenienced. Great place otherwise and would definitely stay here again.

I give this unit and its location the highest rating. unfortunately we had issues with the wireless, then the TV sound system, then some unreplaced lighting, so maintenance is not up to par for such a nice unit. Despite these, the stay was great.

Incredibly close to the slopes and gondola. Door to the elevator is 50 feet from the snow and about 150 feet to the gondola. Very nice, updated, clean. Bunk room makes for plenty of space. Would gladly stay again.
