My favorite stay in Anderson

I get up to Anderson 1-2 times per month. Last two stays have been here and its now going to bey only choice if available. New, clean rooms, everyone on ataff from the check in and checkout staff, to the house keeping staff are extremely friendly and always professional. Ill be staying again soon.

The shades would not go up or down. I was told I would receive a $10 per night discount to offset the shades not working. Never received it. Water pressure was not great and water temperature kept oscillating between hot and cold.

We liked everything about are stay, with the following exceptions. Would of liked to see fruit at breakfast and we had a 20 month old toddler with us that wanted to swim, but the pool was freezing. Heat would be nice for pool. We will stay again, only if we don't want hearted pool

it was quiet. good in an out forgoing places in the area. room were small no coffee pots or microwave.my niece is a rewards member she had 2 rooms my sister had 1 room. so I got 3 rooms for me and my kids. my Sons room toilet would not fill up with water we reported to the desk Fri. they told us to speak to the manager on Sat.we did they never fixed it. the kids and grand kids came to our room to use ours bathroom.we were gone all day Sat. The toilet still did not work when we got back they offered to move them sat. night .I said no because were leaving in the morning. When we got back I called on tuesday Talk to the manager she said she doesn't know why the maintenance man did not fix it and sorry that's all she had to say. I guess its some of my fault I should have demanded another room on Fri.

Did not have hot or even warm water to take a shower. The ice machine was in the hall across from my room. So all morning i was awaken to the sound of ice. Most hoteles have the ice machine in a separate room from the hall. I paid $99 a night canceled one night and my charge was almost as much as 2 nights. The place is a rip off do not recommend.

Perfect recharge

Very clean, convenient, access to everything. Nice staff. Only complaint is highway traffic. One side of hotel faces 69, traffic is pretty loud. Would definitely recommend

A couple days after my stay I was charged $267.50 for supposedly smoking in my room. Which I never did!! Then they claim to have pictures as evidence, but won't send the pictures to my email. Then it went into there were illegal substance left there. Which there was not. An if there was illegal substance left there, why did they not call the police about the matter. I tried several times to talk to someone at this franchise about the matter, but they are never reachable. I will never stay at another one of there hotels period. I'm now having my bank fight with them over the charge.
