Breakfast and parking were great. Guests next door were horrible, loud and apparently left a big enough mess that the whole staff knew about it. Not sure I would stay at another Tru. The staff was AMAZING. If it weren’t for them, I would be giving this experience a thumbs down.

We went to Anderson,Indiana over Christmas and stayed at the Tru Hilton. The staff was very courteous and helpful and the rooms were very clean and nice. We weren't impressed with the breakfast but coffee was great!

$4-5 for a soft drink is ridiculous. Put vending machines in if you feel you need to charge that. Breakfast starts a bit late. Desk lady was not friendly at all. Hotel is nice. Beds a little hard and uncomfortable for my wife and myself.

Room was clean. Staff was very nice. However it was VERY noisy. Can hear the people above you waaaay too much. Did not like there were no amenities in the room itself aside from a fridge. Go to a cheaper hotel and you still get a coffee pot and microwave in room. Its a pain when you have children, to have to go all the way downstairs to warm something up for 30 seconds. Breakfast was really nice. Great options. Love how they kept Breakfast open past 9am. Side note: get new bedframes! The metal "support" bars stick out too far underneath mattress. Everyone in my family got their ankle bones chipped off at least once during our stay.

I love the true hotels because of the bright vibrant colors and the activities down in the lobby. However, I'm not really an animal person and apparently they allow animals to stay in the room because our room had a very strong dog odor although it looked clean, it just had a horrible smell. For that reason, I probably wouldn't stay there again. The staff brought up air freshener instead of moving our room, which just made it worse. It's like spraying air freshener after someone takes a dump Rose scented poop is still poop.

Stayed at Tru in Smyrna Tenn. And it was outstanding. Not as good at Anderson. Shower floor was very slippery (not good for senior citizens). Breakfast was poor and selection was limited. Accommodations were clean and neat.
