We stayed for 2 nights in this wonderful, hospitable, comfortable accommodation. Once we found our way to the property the first time we were shown a easier route than our GPS had directed us. So perhaps get directions before hand as the road can be extremely tight for a car to squeeze through the homes surrounding this property. We were warmly greeted by Alberta our host and provided with a complimentary bottle of wine. The apartment was very clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils and had amazing views. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back.

Can't recommend this place highly enough for its locale, hosts, and overall experience. Quiet and removed from the tourist bustle of Kalambaka, this hotel offers backyard trails into the stones of Meteora, great rooms, fantastic breakfast, and wonderful service. Owner Nikos and host Alberta provided wonderful assistance with local restaurants and helped us out with a crummy rental car mechanical issue. Highly recommended!

The little village of Kastraki is so much better place to stay for visiting the monasteries as compared to the busy town of Kalambaka. We parked and walked around to look for a place to stay. This guest house was perfect. Rooms were nice with a seating area/studio kitchen. Breakfast was good. Walking distance to restaurants in the village. And there is an iconographer's studio 200 yards away. He is there in the afternoons - his icons are authentic, beautiful and reasonable. I'd stay at this guest house again.

We stayed in this archontiko two nights with our family and really enjoyed the location (very quiet, under the rocks), the spectacular view, the hospitality of our hosts, the charming architecture and the breakfast. We would surely recommend this place !

We stayed here for two nights in February 2017. It was a lovely experience. The owners were really friendly and helpful with nothing to much trouble. Once we had found the property the first time it was then easy to find again. The setting is stunning with amazing views. We enjoyed the breakfast and there was enough of everything on offer. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for 1 night in November. Views are incredible, staff very friendly! I really enjoyed talking to the owner and his son. Would absolutely stay here again :-) Breakfast had a nice selection. A charming hotel out of city center.

Enchanting boutique hotel, run by the charming Nikos and his family. The room was adorable, cosy and in great taste. Wonderful breakfast, hospitable staff. Familial atmosphere along with maticulous professionalism. Not to mention the view, which is breathtaking, and the price, which is more than fair.

We decided to have a short break in Meteora, Greece, on the way to a friends wedding. We decided to stay at the Archontiko hotel, we were amazed at the beautiful setting the hotel is in. The owner and his family are lovely and very helpful, nothing is too much trouble and will help with any questions you have about the area. We only stayed for two nights but would not hesitate too return for a longer stay. We were sorry we had to leave.

The hotel is charming...a family run affair with friendly and helpful owners and staff...with a view of Meteora to kill for...a great buffet breakfast for all tastes...very friendly guests from all over the world...and wifi access throughout the hotel for those that are hooked on the www...

The mini hotel / villa was a perfect match for a place like Meteora. Everything is charming from the location with amazing views to the design of the building. To complete the experience, the warmth of the hosts will make you feel like home. You should try it!
