We stayed for one night on our way over to Slovenia - the hotel is a perfect location for such a trip being right by the bus and train stations. It was a couple of minutes into the centre of the town which was beautiful. The hotel itself was clean, awkward with luggage because of the various stairs, the room was basic but relatively modern and very comfy. Would definitely consider a return visit! They do however need to provide forks at breakfast!

The hotel is quite small but it's perfectly charming with an attentive and friendly staff. We stayed in a doubleroom on the first floor with the hotels only balcony. The room was ok in size and the balcony very small but the hotel holds a rustic charm. The location is perfect. Central but not too central, a few minutes from down town and very close to the central station aswell as the harbor. The street is quite busy with traffic but the excellent double doors to the balcony made it very silent. A small fridge and a clean bathroom. Only problem was that the shower is very very small. However I strongly recommend this rustic hotell.

Hotel Roma is one of the best hotels in Trieste, so comfortable, the staff are so help full, I really enjoy my stay and the rooms are so clean. And also close to the train station. My staying was fantastic.

The hotel is situated at a vey nice location. It is almost at the centre and is about 200 mts from the central railway station. I stayed in a room on the second floor. The room was good but bit small. It had a small refrigerator. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Although there is free WiFi connection but the signal is very poor. On the first day of stay on 19th June water got over in the hotel and there was no notice. One of my colleague who was in another room had just gone for shower but thankfully didn't start. Water came after a couple of hour and initial water was coloured and contained particles. Breakfast was served in dining area on the 5th floor and quality was good.

Nice, spacious hotel with good location and breakfast. TV had very few channels or no signal. Did not know about parking availability until we arrived which meant we paid more than necessary. Strange shower.

Nice place for those, who like to travel with public transport (near bus and trains stations). I came late at night, so it was easy to find this hotel. It was suppressing for me, that I can‘t open the window. There are conditioners, but I like fresh air.

The location is not bad, it is on the edge of the inner city, within walking distance of most tourist attractions. The staff was friendly. We got an appartment and a room. The appartment was superb, around 50 sq meters, with a good bed and a large living room with modern and comfortable furniture. The hotel room was quite old-school, rather on the small side. The bed was quite bad in the hotel room. Also the street is very busy and noisy even in the middle of the night.

The most valuable asset of this hotel was the advice given at reception . That of the easiest way to travel around Milan and the best places to visit . A brochure is always helpful but inside knowledge of a local is invaluable and the receptionist on arrival was just this.

Stayed here for 4 nights end of March 2017. Had a 4th floor room on the back of the hotel. Very Quiet and peaceful room. LARGE bath room and shower. Very nice walking shower. Very large and spacious room. Refrigerator in the room worked well. Hotel checkin was easy. Breakfast included was good. Typical european breakfast. Coffee/expresso machine and service were all excellent. Free wifi was not good. I need better wifi - i changed hotels for my next 3 nights. If clean, quiet and spacious bathroom is the most important for you- this a nice hotel. I would stay again with better wifi service.

This hotel îs ideally located close to the train station and bus station. It is a short walk to the centre of town and there are several good restaurants located nearby. The staff speak perfect English and the rooms are well appointed. Breakfast is on the top floor and is a buffet service. There were no problems during our visit and the wifi speeds are adequate. I can recommend this hotel unreservedly.
