If you have trouble with stairs and/or have heavy luggage don't stay here. There was no one to help with carrying bags up and down the stairs if you are travelling. The reception people will just stare at you while you're struggling and tell you that you should have arrived at a time when the bellboys are here if you wanted help. Just got kind of dumbfounded at the comment. The lobby was lovely. The rooms are not soundproofed you will hear people talking and trucks making noise early in the morning so you wont really get much sleep. Big disappointment really, I was excited before having the chance to visit.

This was such a pleasant surprise. I have stayed at Doubletree before and it hasn’t always live up to expectations but this property is excellent. I booked a 29squ mtr room and it was beautiful. Great service and breakfast too. Thank you.
