We had a very peaceful and cozy stay at the farm. It was very relaxing to sit on the porch and watch the ducks and the geese and see the beautiful countryside. I also enjoyed my rambles in the woods along the trails. It was fun to stay in such a unique place. The kitchen had everything imaginable for making a good meal.

Beautiful stay, loved the home. Such a tranquil area. Cody the dog was a great ambassador. The ducks only made the experience that much more special. Definitely a 5/5!

Our stay was amazing! what a charming spot surrounded by beautiful acres of land!!! My children and I absolutely loved this place. It had just enough space for the four of us. We loved their dog, especially my youngest son. My teens even loved exploring the property and the places around it. It was really a short ride to attractions nearby which was super convenient for me. My kids said the hills in route to the property were like a roller coaster. We had a great time and would definitely come again!

Charming, unique property in Georgia mountains with short access to Chattanooga. Staying on a working farm is fascinating and watching the ducks and playing fetch with the property guard dog was a delight.. It has all the amenities but still is different from almost anywhere you have ever stayed. Highly recommended.

Perfect vacation

We had an amazing stay at the Hut. We loved watching the ducks run around and the friendly dog that really helped my dog relax after a 12 hour drive. He was nervous. Location was excellent. We utilized the kitchen and cooked all our meals. We brought food we cooked at our house for the first night, I am so glad we did because when you get off your exit you are past the town to get food. If you didn’t bring food just stop one exit early you have restaurants and grocery stores everything you need it very easy. We did see deer on our second night when we were walking the properly and we seen rabbits hoping around after dark. The Hut was so cute and just a perfect get away. We loved it. My dog loved it! We went to Canyons a couple days. Rock City was so cool we went after dinner and stayed to closing. Rainy day we drove to Alabama to DeSotta Falls to a beautiful waterfall right next to the parking lot very easy to get to. We enjoyed everything we did and had so much fun. We will definitely go back.

Cross country vacation

My family and I stayed here for a few days as we were moving from Utah to the east coast. What a great stay! It’s such a unique property and is surrounded by nature and beauty. Much needed relaxation and quiet! Everyone was super kind! 10/10 recommend!
