Large deck with screened-in Muskoka room with dining space for six plus children. Waterside dock, canoe, kayaks and paddle boards, in a quiet bay. Parking for four cars. Wheelchair ramp at parking area. Amenities within twenty minute drive (Bobcaygeon, Buckhorn, Lakefield).
