Comfy, clean room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We'll be back!

Property/room was beautiful and everything appeared very clean. Awesome location on the main strip, a block from the beach. Judy was very gracious checking us in, helping us get extra ice, and offering dinner recommendations. We stayed in the Beach Room. It was very roomy & the beds were super comfortable. Thumbs up on all fronts.

Beautiful hotel in a quaint, vintage city. I loved everything about it!

The old character of tge building. The staff was great. Enjoyed the bar area our last evening in Frankfort. It was a pleasant and most favorable experience. I will go back when in Frankfort.

Very quaint . Breakfast wasnt worth their effort. They are better off putting coffee in the rooms and not having breakfast.

My husband and I stayed here after skiing at Crystal Mountain. The staff is great and the rooms are very unique. There's a nice bar in the lobby with attentive staff. We will return!

Adorable Hotel in quaint town. The rooms were cozy. Overall cleanliness seemed fine. The hotel has a small family-owned vibe, and as such, not everything was perfect. It was off-season when we stayed so the hotel--and the town in general--seemed a bit short-staffed. Door hardware was in need of repairs. Some light bulbs needed to be replaced. All things considered, it was a cute place and I would stay there again.

Beautiful hotel & room. Staff were very friendly & attentive.

Nice clean hotel. Lacks parking for the guests as it snowed that evening 10 spots for 17 rooms. Cute hotel in the middle of Frankfort. Walls are thin as we heard the next rooms TV all night.

Very clean room in a quaint hotel near the water. The bathroom was small but not an issue for us. Parking may be an issue...12 parking spots behind the hotel for 17 guests. Overall, a lovely updated vintage hotel in a small town. I would highly recommend.

Very nice and updated, but rooms are small and bathrooms are very small. In need of major remodeling.

Very relaxing stay in a small town with a pleasant view of Michigan Northern landscape.

The Hotel Frankfort is a lovely Inn right on Main Street and very close to Lake Michigan. Historical and quaint. It’s nicely updated and decorated in beach themes complete with rocking chairs. Nice rooms with very comfy beds, plenty of towels and friendly staff to make sure our stay was pleasant. We’ll be back!! Thank you

We stayed here from Monday-Thursday during the off season. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were cute and the hotel was quiet. We loved it!

We had a great time. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. A very nice place to stay.

Easy parking. Very walkable to beach, restaurants, and shopping

Rooms are very quiet. Bed and pillows very comfortable.

Staff was welcoming; hotel is cozy and clean. I'd stay there again. My only issue is that the internet connection was not good. Although I was able to connect, no pages would load.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We don't call it breakfast, as we know it is not a full meal. We offer snacks in the morning as something to grab and go.

Thank you for much for your kind words! We love skiing at Crystal Mountain too, especially with dinner and cocktails here afterwards.

Thank you so much for your valuable feedback! We greatly appreciate it. It is a never ending cycle walking through the historic hotel looking for burnt out bulbs! Please do let us know if there is anything that we can do for you in the future.

Thank you for your review. Yes, that snow caught us off guard and shrunk our parking lot. We are prepared for the next big snow! And we're sorry you were disturbed during the night. We've placed 'thoughtfulness' reminders in each room, particularly since your review here. Mostly this is limited to a couple of our standard rooms. Our luxury rooms are larger with more wall space to vary TV placement. Again, thank you for writing and we look forward to your next visit!
