Lovely place to stay!

Have stayed at the Frankfort Hotel 3 times! It’s charming! Every room is decorated differently, as seen on the website. Staff are friendly & attentive. Parking is on-site & free. Room & common areas are very clean & quiet. It’s an easy 5 minute walk from the hotel to the Lake & beach in one direction & to the shops & restaurants on Main Street in the other direction. Can walk all the way up & down the busiest section of Main Street without moving your car. It’s a lovely place to stay!

Delightful with a perfect location

Excellent little hotel right in the center of everything Frankfort has to offer. It is next to a theater and a brewery. Just a block from coffee shops, ice cream shops, and cafes. And only 2 blocks from the beach. The place has a unique style and every room is different. Our room was clean, spacious, with a great stone-tile shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were staying the weekend for a friends wedding celebration. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice rooms. They are decorated to a theme. Very clean. Friendly staff. Resturant on site. The food was ok, not great. Walkable to other resturants in the town. Cute little town on the water.

We had to switch rooms, after hours, because our bed was filthy. I have pictures to back it up, but there was what could only be, semen on the bed. The sheets were absolutely disgusting. Then as we were leaving , the cleaning staff were smoking in the small guest parking lot. We should get a complete refund.

One-night stay.

Friendly staff. Tidy and very clean room, although the chair at a small table felt like it was going to break, and it made lot of creaking sounds. No restaurant open on Wednesday, so that was a bummer. Bed was comfy. We only stayed one night so that's all we noticed. I'd stay there again for sure.

First time visit to Frankfort, on the way to Harbor Springs to meet family group. Hotel was great, people extremely nice and helpful, dinner at the restaurant was great too! We never moved our car for two days-walked everywhere-beach, marinas, restaurants, etc. We loved it!

I had a great time, i stayed 2 days. The staff was friendly and let me know if i needed anything to let them know. My room was clean and had a cozy feeling. It is right on the strip, which was in walking distance to the beach, the piers, and all the food and shopping i loved it. Thanks for everything.

The location was a 5 star. It was right downtown on the Main Street. All the rooms are on the second floor with no elevator. The bathroom was clean but tiny. The bed was very soft. I woke up with a backache. There was two upholstered chairs in our room. They were dirty and springs were shot. There is no designated parking but we found parking on street right in front of hotel.
