TC Tiny House Near Boardman Lake Trail

Enjoy privacy and proximity in this cozy, urban cottage located on a partially wooded lot. It features everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a patio and a fire pit.
The property is situated in a great, mixed-use location:
- One block to the Boardman Lake Loop Trail (access at Center St.)
- One mile to the Bay and downtown
- Less than one mile to Brick Wheels bike and cross-country ski rentals
Guests can easily walk or bike into town using the non-motorized pathway along the Boardman River. Please note that the home shares a driveway with the host's part-time residence. As your host, I strive to be attentive. 2026 enhancement include new mural art on the concrete block wall defining the north property line.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a kitchen island.

Great Spot in TC!

A nice location in TC for a couple of family! The host did a great job with tips on where to go to eat , things to see, etc — there is a giant map on the wall that is helpful and shows just how close you are to lots of things!
