the room was clean and comfortable. However when we went to take a shower we had np hot water. When we talked to the desk clerk, she told us it was because we were on the 2nd floor and it was very early and cold outside. Never heard the before

The maid service came too early the first day of our stay. So they didn’t empty the trash. They did knock and were courteous when I answered the door the door. I asked for extra towels. Why would they wait for normal check out time. Maybe the first floor is where they start?

Staff was smoking out front when we pulled up. It seemed we caught him by surprise. The entire lobby and front desk smelled of cigarette smoke which is bad for us as I am allergic to it. I'm not sure why staff would be smoking near the front door of the property. Seems very disrespectful to guests. Hotel was very noisy, rear entrance was very inconvenient but it is the one we were told to use. Stay elsewhere.
