Staff was smoking out front when we pulled up. It seemed we caught him by surprise. The entire lobby and front desk smelled of cigarette smoke which is bad for us as I am allergic to it. I'm not sure why staff would be smoking near the front door of the property. Seems very disrespectful to guests. Hotel was very noisy, rear entrance was very inconvenient but it is the one we were told to use. Stay elsewhere.
