Two days after we left, they charged us a $300 "cleaning fee" because they "smelled smoke" in the room. WE DID NOT SMOKE, VAPE, OR ANYTHING in the room. I spent hours fighting this travesty, to no avail!

the cleaning service left around 11:00 AM and we were not out of the room by than so they never came in to make the bed or clean the room i was given clean towels and wash clothes by them whenever i asked also had to ask twine to have an extra chair because there was only one and no other place to sit but the bed

Staff was pleasant. No problems with staff. The room itself was misrepresented and its images online. Very outdated. Extremely small. Dark with limited lighting. Bathroom quite literally had a pipe as the shower faucet, the toilet paper holder was hanging on the wall. The cover to the back of the toilet didn’t fit The basin itself. I understand based on the pricing that this was not going to be a five star hotel. But I do expect that the images online to match and represent the hotel. I’m staying at. It just was not the case for this location.

Not clean. Window wouldn’t lock. Told receptionist we didn’t feel safe as we were on the first floor with our window not locking. Her response “just close your curtains, management will say you guys broke the window if you complain to them” Wouldn’t recommend staying here.
