The check in was very easy and quick. Unfortunately while the room was accessible for a wheelchair its bathroom wast very easy for to get into and only had a tub but not a shower as I requested and there were no grab bars by the toilet. Otherwise the room was spacious and the double bed was comfortable.

Beds are very firm. No teabags, 2 sachets of coffee and cream so we had to buy milk from room service. When we asked for more got 2 more coffees and said ‘we don’t have teabags!’

almost all of the agents at the check counter don't speak english---bad time trying to communicate--one of the agent name-- MEY was bad and rude --- and no customer service training. I would not return to this hotel again.

It was a decent place to stay for one night. It had a feel that it was originally a really nice hotel but its starting to show its age. The ceiling in the bathroom over the shower seemed like it was coming down a little bit but it worked for the night as we were passig through

Nice hotel close to bus terminal & shopping

Room was very nice, and all staff were more than accommodating. Whenever you went to leave the hotel the door was always opened for you. The staff made all our transfers for us. Good breakfast. Prices are a bit higher for Thai standards. Beautiful pool with swim up bar. It looked like it is just about time to drain the pool, and give it a good cleaning. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Adequate accommodation leaning towards nice

Beds are too hard. Tea & Coffee available in room but no milk. Asking for milk is hard if asking in English. A "Superior Room" is nice but still quite small for what the name implies. Staff were friendly and attentive but only know a very small amount of English
