I had the worst interactions with a humen at this hotel . The receptionist was rude and unprofessional i would never comeback to this hotel again i wish i could refund my money it is not worth it

Overall not bad. The room was very small but cozy like cabin on a boat. Bathroom was nice and clean but humid. The wall papers were peeling. The staff were all Syrian refugees playing laud Arabic music. But for the Prince it Was good..

Bad hotel

This hotel was a scam. I paid extra for a room that has king size bed and a sofa bed with mountain view. I never got that. Instead, the hotel offered me a room with an impossible to use shower. When I asked for another room they said you have to pay extra per night. I got a room that is queen size bed and no sofa bed and no mountain view. Also, the breakfast was horrible. You have to wait for the bread until they go and purchase it physically from a nearby store. Eggs and coffee are extra charge. They did not clean the room for two days. They treated us really bad at the exit. Stay away from this place as far as you can.

An der reception ist nur eine Telefonnummer zum anrufen und nach dem Anruf kommt irgendwann jemand von außen angefahren. Wir hatten im Bad keine Armaturen und deshalb haben wir sofort wieder raus aus dem Hotel. Da wir ohne Stornierung gebucht hatten, wurde uns zugesichert das das Hotel von sich es stornieren würde. Bis heute haben wir keine Antwort und wurden BETROGEN. Kein Personal vor Ort Keine Armaturen im Bad

Aksam 20 de otele gıttık odamız temızlenmemıs ve kırlıydı. Baska oda ayarladılar onunda ısık sıstemı bozuktu uyuyabılmek ıcın elektrıgı kestık klımasız kaldık sıcaktan bunaldık. Sabah kahvaltı esnasında otel ıcınde kapalı alnda asla musafırler maske takmıyordı,uyarmamıza ragmen bu durumla kımse ılgılenmedı. Cok kotu bır deneyım yasadık ve arkamıza bakmadan otelden cıktık.

Temiz, Konforlu, Tercih Edilebilir ama oda küçük

Otel temiz, konumu merkezi yerde. Standart odada kaldığım için onun üzerinden yorum yapmak gerekirse oda gerçekten çok küçük. Bu otelde kalacaklar eğer tek kişi değilseniz kesinlikle standart oda tercih etmemelisiniz. Standart odalar minimum 20 metrekare olmak zorunda diye biliyorum. Fakat ölçmedim tabiki ama 20 metrekare mümkün değil bu kadar küçük olamaz. Bu anlamda kesinlikle konforsuz. Odanın küçüklüğü dışında herşey gayet iyiydi. Kahvaltısı yeterli. Personeli ilgili. Otoparkı otelin karşısında. Yani otel ile arabayı koyabileceğiniz yer arasında bir anayol var. Arabayı park edip üstgeçitten geçebilirsiniz veya otel görevlileri aracınızı park ediyor.

فندق سئ لأبعد درجه. سرقه بوضح النهار. عدم الالتزام بالحجز ونوعية الغرف. تعامل المدير جداً سئ. ملاحظه: المدير لا يهمه تقييمات الزبائن. لم يلتزموا بنوعية الغرفه المختاره وأبدلوني بواحده ضيقه جداً لا تكاد تتسع لشخص واحد على الرغم أنني مع عائلتي، ولم يعتذروا ولم حتى يدفعوا لي فرق سعر الغرفه. لا توجد مواقف. إزعاج الشارع لا يحتمل. المكان إجمالاً سئ ولا يطمح لمستوى فندق.
