I think this hotel deserves all 5 if they be more clear about city view as being next to the busy highway, even though, the rooms were still pretty quite, occasional raving truck can be heard in the room.
Nice place with friendly staff. Front beach was closed due to the weather but its not clean,and driving from Trabzon city center or from the airport we will need to drive extra about 7km to get to the entrance.
The price of the hotel doesn't match a 5 star hotel!!!!! Most of the staff in the reception were mask face , unhelpful & have no respect to their guests Once I need a help in the business center to get to my email and print our tickets I went to the reception and ask for help to switch the language on the computer & key board to English , the mask face receptionist ask his lady colleague to call some ; I was waiting for few minutes then he wave by his hand to me to go and the help will come. I waited in the business center for more than 1 hour , no one came or call to help or to apologize for the delay and ignoring people . House keeping services : in the site it was mention Iron & iron board in the room, but nothing was there (we booked 2triple & 2 double rooms ) When I call requesting the Iron , a lady from the mask face family came & brought a very old dirty iron board ! 5 star hotel!!!! When they clean the room , same lady with the mask face she did not replace the empty facial tissue box, and we need to call the room service at 12 mid night to get one , but the lady who brought it was very nice ( smiling ) ,,she is not from the mask face family..... ha ha ha
