Have stayed here a few times and have enjoyed the visits. Quick and friendly check in and nice location next to the Ross river. Public pool a few metres away which is free and a bonus, with a small pool for residents to use. All rooms have facilities for cooking as well.

Beautiful apartment overlooking the Ross River and parklands .The view is outstanding . Very quite . Never heard anyone during our stay . Willows shopping center is across the road for convenience.

Roomy but new cleaners required

Staff were friendly. Check in easy. Location good. Plenty of space for 2x couples. Beds very comfortable. Unfortunately the pool was closed. Bench tops kitchen & bathroom etc clean but we had to wear shoes at all times as the floors were definitely not clean and our feet were black. Shower in main bedroom en-suite did not drain well. Reception advised - very apologetic- and if all this is resolved and the current cleaners let go and replaced - this would be a great place from which to see Townsville and surrounds.

The only problem was the secure parking underneath, okay if you have a small car but no good for large cars. So we had to park outside the office.

It was a lovey apartment to stay in and the parking was safe and easy. There are many things to do - walking, swimming pool, bowling, and the shopping center is very close. We will be staying here again.
