Discover the beauty of Townsend from this 5-bedroom house. With 3 king bedrooms (2 on the first floor and 1 on the lower level) , 1 queen bed, and 1 kids bunk room with 3 sets of bunk beds, this pleasant retreat offers a terrific stay for guests. This property is new construction and just hit the market in September of 2024 so there is nothing “rustic” about this stunning lake front home. Make memories with family and friends fishing in one of the 4 interlocking lakes, playing and swimming with the kids in the sand beach area that is set back in its own private area. Plenty of yard games to pull out and soak up the sun or hop on the trails for a ride on your side by side. There is something for everyone in this slice of heaven. During the winter the property is located near ski hills, snow mobile trails or walk out the doors and enjoy some ice fishing with all the comforts of home footsteps away. The property offers AC for warmer times of the year and even ceiling fans on the patio for ultimate comfortability. During cooler times of the year the property offers a gorgeous wood burning fireplace in the living room, as well as, outdoor heaters on the patio for those who just cant get enough of those fall colored leaves. Want a night with the entire family head down stairs to the entertainment room/game room and enjoy endless rounds of Buck Hunter , Golden Tee, pool or darts and don’t forget movie time on the oversized sectional with surround sound. Wonderful place! Had a great family vacation and plenty of memories made. The little arcade downstairs was sneaky fun, even for the adults! Owners were available for all questions and/or suggestions and would definitely stay there again! 5 stars across the board!

Perfect for family getaway!!

The house was impeccable! Courtney and Leif were extremely accommodating and excellent communicators. Our birthday milestone family trip at The White House could not have been better. From the fun yard games to the awesome basement setup, there is something for everyone to do. Not one complaint in our group of 14. We highly recommend this location as we will probably be making this location an annual destination for our family!!
