We booked this due to its proximity to Blagnac as we had a morning flight to the UK and I did not want to drive from our house early doors through forecast snow. Anyway heads up on getting to hotel the area is undergoing roadworks etc so if on satnav might be a bit confused so use your eyes as it can be seen from across the works. Secondly entrance is not clear so drive slowly and you will see entrance on right with big metal security gates these open as you drive up. We liked the hotel all staff where very pleasant, the room apartment type with separate sitting area which was great to relax in and watch a bit of telly with BBC1 etc available. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent plus gluten free options for Lesley. The car parking is free and secure and WiFi is fine. We paid an extra 11 euros each for breakfast which again was fine but possibly would not bother in the future. Drive to Blagnac took about 20 minutes but we did hit rush hour. Overall good stopover and we really liked the space in the apartment.

I think if you are looking for an apartment-hotel this is your choice, good parking, good size rooms with small kitchenette. Descent size bathrooms with towel heater and bath/shower combo. I did find the mattress on the bed a bit on the hard side, but that's obviously a personal flavour. In my room 1419 in the main building (yes sometimes you need to go outside to another building to get a room) I found the furniture a bit worn down with scratches and drawers being a bit at odd angles. But off course that did not bother me too much, however at one point I think a refurb might be needed. The wifi was very good and solid signal. Breakfast is served in the main building with a PANCAKE MACHINE, cheeses, meats, bread, home made "confiture" in different yummy flavours. Please bare in mind that housekeeping is only every 2 days. So overall a good business appartment hotel, with a lot of parking space, good wifi and an option to make your own meals in the kitchenette ( downstairs there is a mini-market where you can buy spaghetti for your microwave)

Not great value for money, the menu had 5 options very basic. The area is industrial so you get what you expect. Security is very good. Once you are there, with out transport you are trapped. There are no food restaurants in the area.

We needed a hotel very close to Toulouse Blagnac airport, given a 7 a.m. departure time the following morning. Friends had stayed at the Zenitude and recommended it. As we approached the hotel, I was a bit skeptical--the immediate neighborhood seemed industrial and slightly edgy. Upon entering the secured gates, and checking in, I was immediately reassured. The impressive lobby area and the courteous and professional staff were indicative of the hotel's overall level of quality. The one-bedroom apartment, with its separate sitting area (and a sofa bed that converted to a comfortable sleeper) and kitchen, was really nice and very user-friendly. We were only staying one night, but it would make an excellent location for a 2-3 night stay--particularly good for business travelers. The only caveat is to note that, for leisure travelers, Zenitude Le Parc de L'Escale is not ideally located. Unless a car is available, it is a 20-30 euro taxi ride into the center of the city, and it is not an area conducive to walking or with bistros and restaurants. Otherwise, we would highly recommend Zenitude as a great near-airport location for a relaxing evening!

The hot water is over in the middle of bath tube in the 2 days. I just take a shower in the othet day. The hotel is far from the center, you need take a bus to Arenes station, and after take a metro with a 15 min of the Capitole. The rest is ok!

The staff was friendly and helpful, the food in the restaurant was really good, and my room was comfortable and quiet. I would like other dining options nearby but none were available this time of year.

Hotel was very good, Room was spacious, although it catered for self catering mostly so no beverages was given in the rooms, No kettle if you needed to make tea or coffee, although a coffee machine was available. used a saucepan to boil water for a cup of tea. breakfast was included in the price of the stay, which is very good. plenty to chose from also. Was not able to try out the pool as it was closed for obvious reasons that it was November and 6 degrees.

The hotel is very close to the airport in the middle of a vast industrial area supporting Airbus and its suppliers, so if you are employed in that sector and your work brings you to Toulouse, this hotel is ideal. The room is pleasant and roomy, with a larger than average wardrobe and more storage space than most hotels, and a small kitchen area. It caters well for those on extended stays. There's nothing close by in terms of shops and restaurants, but there is a shop of sorts adjacent to the lift which stocks essentials (wine, beer and ready meals). The bar area is small but pleasant. The restaurant is modest but good. Overall the hotel caters very well for what I imagine is a target clientele of aerospace workers and contractors. The staff are pleasant and helpful, and there is information on bus services to downtown Toulouse, but it's really not a tourist hotel. It suited me perfectly for this trip, but when I come back to visit the city, I'll be looking for somewhere a bit more central.

Good rates offered at weekend. Restaurant closed on Friday and Saturday nights. Comfortable room with kitchenette/dining area. Small balcony with views over the garden. Friendly staff. Secure parking.

We picked this location because of its proximity to the Toulouse airport. Very clean, self contained apartments with free wi-if and secure parking. Dining on site although we did not try it. Breakfast also available although an extra cost. We had the studio apt in building no 2, which was small but really all that we required for two.
