I have stayed here several times now. I love the adjacency to the Toulouse Airport because it makes getting on the plane that much easier. However, this time, there was a planned concert playing all night long in the hotel, and it was hard to sleep. No one mentioned that this would be the case during check-in. People were also yelling in the hallways all through the night. In addition, the heated towel rack in the room did not work, and the showerhead was spraying water from both ends. In the past, I have had bathrobes and slippers in the room, but neither of these was there this time. Because I had booked through Expedia, they were not able to offer any sort of a refund, which I think is unfair. They also chose not to offer anything toward a future stay for this reason. So, Expedia and the hotels need to work together to be able to allow for some refunds in situations like this. Also, at no point in time was I offered a discount for food. According to my Expedia VIP status, I should have had 20% off food at some point for a meal, but this was never mentioned.
